International orders
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties, customs charges, value-added tax or other destination taxes, brokerage, disbursement, or carrier fees. Any charge collected by YiYori Live at checkout will appear before payment. Charges that are not collected at checkout are the recipient’s responsibility and may be due before or at delivery.
YiYori Live does not control or predict destination-country charges. Before ordering, please check with your local customs authority for current requirements and possible costs.
What is YiYori Live?
YiYori Live is our livestream shopping store for Pokémon cards and collectibles. Orders are prepared around the live-opening experience rather than sealed-product delivery.
Will my product be shipped sealed?
No. YiYoriLive.com is rip-open only. Every item purchased here will be opened during the current YiYori livestream. The opened contents are then organized and shipped to you.
When will my order be opened?
We aim to open purchases during the current livestream. We do not intentionally hold an order for the next show. Order timing can still depend on payment confirmation, the live queue, and the information submitted with the order.
What information do I need to provide?
Enter the livestream username that will appear in chat so we can identify your order. For trading-card products, choose whether you want hits only or all cards, then accept the live-opening authorization before adding the item to your cart.
Can I choose an Eeveelution, character, or design?
If a product has externally identifiable designs, its page will show a preference selector. Choose only the designs you would be happy to receive. The maximum number of choices follows the selected deal quantity.
Preferences are subject to stock and are not guaranteed. We will try to match your choices and avoid duplicates in bundles where possible. Leave every choice blank for the best available design. Sealed blind-box contents and other concealed random items cannot be selected.
How do pack deals and bundles work?
Select the quantity or format on one product page. Shopify tracks each deal against its underlying inventory so larger bundles reduce the same stock pool and cannot be sold independently beyond the available quantity.
Which cards will be shipped after opening?
Use the card-shipping preference on the product page. You can request hits only, which excludes common and uncommon bulk, or include all cards. Confirm your selection before adding the item to the cart.
How are shipping rates and delivery times determined?
Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout for the delivery address entered. Orders ship from Vancouver, British Columbia. Carrier estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by weather, customs, and other carrier delays.
Will I pay duties or import taxes on an international order?
Possibly. The destination country and shipping carrier determine whether duties, import taxes, value-added tax, customs charges, brokerage, disbursement, or other fees apply. If a charge is not collected by YiYori Live at checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying it before or at delivery.
Can I cancel or return a live-opening purchase?
Contact us immediately if you made a mistake. Once opening has begun, it cannot be reversed. Opened trading-card products are final sale except where required by law. Order problems remain subject to applicable consumer law and the store policies shown at checkout.
What should I do if my order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page. Include your order number, a clear description of the problem, and photos of the item and shipping packaging when relevant. Please keep the packaging until we finish reviewing the issue.
Do you offer discount codes?
We may offer discount codes during future promotions. A code is active only when it is displayed by YiYori Live with its terms. When a code is available, enter it during checkout before completing payment.
